Slurry process pump
Max 8% concentration compatible high durability slurry process pump 'KNCPP', balancing high performance and price competitiveness.
The KSB "KNCPP" is a highly durable process pump designed for the transfer of various process fluids, including slurries and abrasive or corrosive fluids. It features an open impeller that can reliably transfer raw materials with a concentration of up to 8%. The externally adjustable wear plate maintains the clearance with the impeller, contributing to the maintenance of pump efficiency even as wear progresses. Additionally, it incorporates a robust design considering continuous operation, with features such as a self-venting casing to prevent air locks, a heavy-duty shaft, and a high-rigidity bearing support structure. The shaft seal can be selected from gland packing, single/double mechanical seals, or cartridge-type mechanical seals. It is available in cast iron and stainless steel versions to accommodate a wide range of industrial processes. **Main Features:** - Capable of transferring raw materials with a concentration of up to 8% - Suitable for slurries and abrasive/corrosive fluids - Open impeller design - Externally adjustable wear plate - Self-venting casing to prevent air locks - Improved maintenance due to back pull-out structure - Various shaft seal options available to suit different applications
